Bhakti Bhajan Group uses booking information to manage admission to its Navratri event on 16, 17 and 18 October 2026.

Information used

The ticket service stores the booking name, email address, selected dates, adult and under-five guest counts, payment reference and amount, ticket identifiers, and entry scan records. Authorized organizers can access booking and entry information to manage the event.

Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are not stored by this ticket website. Stripe may collect billing and contact details to process checkout. The website reserves places while checkout is in progress.

Ticket emails and service providers

Stripe processes checkout and sends payment-status notifications to the ticket service. The website and booking database are hosted through OpenAI Sites. Google Gmail sends ticket emails from the organizer's account.

The organizer's Google connection requests permission to send email only. It does not request access to read or delete inbox messages. Guests do not need to connect their Gmail accounts to book.

Your ticket

Keep ticket links and QR codes private. Anyone holding a valid ticket QR may present it for admission. Each guest's ticket is accepted once per listed date.
